- lacking or wrong name of
photographer will be charged 50%
extra.
- if not otherwise agreed, image
is sold for one time use for a
specific purpose. For using
images again
new agreement must be made.
- images can not be sold or
handed over to a third party
without agreement.
- electronic storage of images
is only allowed in the extent it
is necessary for the agreed
publishing. Other storage,
manipulation or copying of
images must not be done without
agreement.
- the photographer is not
responsible in any way for
problems due to wrong or lacking
image information associated
with image files sold. Image
user is responsible that images
are used in accordance with laws
and regulations and the image
have the necessary permissions.
- images must
not be changed/manipulated in
such a way that photographer
reputation might suffer.
- image user is
absolutely responsible for
further use of the licensed
image.

For commercial use I can
deliver high resolution scanned images from
slide film (5400 ppi), or digital images captured with Canon
EOS 40D or 20D (10,1 or 8,2mp). Images are delivered on DVD (tiff files, 16 or 8
bit) or sent by e-mail (jpeg).
